Brain Awareness Week March 3/11/19 -3/17/19
BAW is global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research. This year it BAW is March 11th to 17th. We plan on going to local elementary/high schools throughout the week and educate them on the brain using crafts and activities. More information can be found on http://www.dana.org/baw/about/. Wellness Wednesdays EVERY WEEK @ BRC – 2/13, 20, 27
Wellness Wednesdays @ BRC is a new series focused on wellness and self-care. 12:30-1:00 p.m.

Wellness events have included writing cards of gratitude for friends and family for the holidays and activities that increase mindfulness such as seated stretches and guided breathing, designed to revitalize mood and productivity.
Career Counseling 2/21
John Taborn, Professional Career Counselor (Contractor) at National Institute of Health, Office of Intramural Training and Education, will be coming to NIDA to help give advice to postbac concerning graduate school.
