The Office of Education and Career Development (OECD) supports the education, training, professional development, and career advancement of trainees within the NIDA Intramural Research Program. We provide trainees with resources, guidance, and opportunities to help them thrive in their research experiences and prepare for their future careers. OECD also supports mentors with resources and professional development designed to strengthen mentoring practices and promote trainee success.
