Background

Michele obtained his degree in Neurobiology in 2016 from the University of Pavia in Pavia, Italy. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Camerino in Camerino, Italy (Advisor: Prof. Roberto Ciccocioppo). He visited the Aponte Lab from 2017 – 2018 to use a combination of optogenetic and ex vivo electrophysiological methods.
