Lyndsay E. Hastings, B.S.

Research Interests

Lyndsay graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Her undergraduate research focused on the evaluation of kinase inhibitors to characterize the mechanisms underlying Parkinson’s disease. Lyndsay joined the Koob lab in June of 2021, and her current research involves brain stress systems and their role in compulsive drug taking and seeking, as well as exploring novel compounds for treating opioid-induced respiratory depression.
