Research Interests
Lara Bradford, LCPC is a Clinical Research Specialist in the Office of the Clinical Director, NIDA IRP. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Lara joined the NIDA IRP in 2015 as a licensed therapist serving in the role of Clinical Research Counselor, where she would screen, assess, and evaluate mental health, alcohol, and substance use disorders in research participants. In 2023, Lara took on a new position in the NIDA IRP OCD Recruitment & Outreach Team working towards our patient recruitment and outreach efforts, with a focus on social media advertising and other recruitment strategies. Ms. Bradford also facilitates the Multidisciplinary Clinical Rounds for the NIDA IRP clinical portfolio and serves as co-chair on the NIDA IRP SOP Committee.
