Jenny Lam graduated from Barnard College in 2018 with a B.A. in chemistry. At Barnard, she worked under the guidance of Dr. Christian Rojas on the synthesis of 2-amino oxazolidinone sugars as glycodiversification building blocks. Upon graduation, Jenny joined Dr. Amy Newman’s lab. She now works on developing metabolic and pharmacokinetic profiles of novel ligands for D2/D3 dopamine receptors and dopamine transporter (DAT) inhibitor. In addition, she is working with the Johns Hopkins Drug Discovery (JHDD) program at the Hopkins Brain Science Institute (BSI) on several other projects.
