Jay Gupta

Background

Jay was part of the NIH/NIDA Summer Internship Program in Biomedical Research and worked as a summer intern in the Aponte lab in the summer of 2015. Jay graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST) in Alexandria, Virginia in June 2016. He began his undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering at Duke University in Fall 2016. Jay has a passion for biotechnology and medicine and is excited to pursue research in these fields.
