Background

Mrs. Dou Strobach, MSN, PMHNP-BC joins the NIDA IRP as a contract Clinical Research Nurse. Mrs. Strobach possesses extensive professional expertise in the care and management of patients with addiction having worked as a psychiatric-mental health care provider in the hospital setting, emergency care and in research in the private sector.  In addition to providing clinical care, Mrs. Strobach provides nursing support in protocol implementation, data collection and human subject protection serving as an Associate Investigator on multiple NIDA IRP clinical protocols.  Dou brings nurse management and educational experience to NIDA having served as a Charge Nurse and Preceptor with a Master of Science in Nursing board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
