Research Interests
I graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Philosophy (Bioethics). I pursued research in the Stress and Health Lab as an undergraduate. In addition, I worked with the Kentucky Harm Reduction Coalition doing street outreach, Narcan training, and syringe exchange. After graduating, I worked as a therapist in my home of Western Kentucky. There, I provided comprehensive mental healthcare and case management to a diverse rural population. My postbac in RAPT began July of 2025. I am currently working on projects related to psychophysiological prediction of substance use and characterization of opioid/opiate use in Baltimore. My broader research interests are OUD, EMA, JITAI, and disparities in rural addiction care.
