Research Interests

I am interested in how neural circuits process information related to learning and decision making. I am currently attempting to understand these processes by exploring the algorithms implemented by subcortical circuits and testing how neuromodulators, specifically dopamine, contribute to the computations involved in making predictions and acting in our environment.
