Caitlin Burzynski, B.A.

Research Interests

Caitlin Burzynski received her B.A. in Neuroscience from Hamilton College in 2012. She joined the NIDA-IRP in 2012 as an IRTA Postbaccalaureate Fellow in the lab of Dr. Amy Newman. Her research focuses on testing the selectivity and affinity of novel dopamine D2-like receptor-selective compounds in cell membranes. Additionally, her research has examined the cognitive deficits associated with methamphetamine abuse in rat models of addiction.
